My Story

Julie has extensive experience in various roles that enhance her coaching practice. She has worked in the Italian Parliament in political communication and campaigning, and she also teaches political communication and campaigning, specialising in grassroots initiatives that help aspiring leaders and activists develop their messaging and outreach strategies.

As well as communication skills, Julie coaches management skills, Intercultural communication,  psychology and personal development, providing valuable insights into individual growth and constructive interaction. She has also been a Director, where she honed her leadership skills, and has taught English as a Second Language to business professionals in Hungary, Spain, and Italy, enriching her understanding of diverse cultural perspectives.

With over 20 years of experience, Julie has successfully guided numerous individuals and teams in developing effective strategies for solving work-related and personal challenges. She is committed to helping clients improve their soft skills, enhance their interpersonal skills, and foster collaboration within their teams.

Julie believes that clear and effective communication is essential for success in today’s fast-paced world. Through tailored coaching sessions and practical workshops, she equips professionals with the tools they need to communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and thrive in their careers.

Outside of coaching, Julie enjoys learning, which helps to inform her approach to teaching and understanding diverse perspectives in the workplace (she has taken several Udemy courses herself). She also has a keen interest in technology, space, and theoretical physics.
