It's time to reframe those thoughts!


Negative thoughts can take over, but reframing them can help regain focus and shift your mindset:


 🧠 Instead of ā€œI’ll never get this done,ā€ try ā€œI’m making progress, one step at a time.ā€

 🧠 Change ā€œI’m not good enough for thisā€ to ā€œI’m still learning, and that’s okay.ā€


 🧠 Reframe ā€œThis meeting will be a disasterā€ as ā€œI’m prepared and ready for whatever comes.ā€


Reframing is a powerful tool to shift perspective and reduce stress. Try it next time those negative thoughts creep in.
