It's time to reframe those thoughts!


Negative thoughts can take over, but reframing them can help regain focus and shift your mindset:


 🧠 Instead of “I’ll never get this done,” try “I’m making progress, one step at a time.”

 🧠 Change “I’m not good enough for this” to “I’m still learning, and that’s okay.”


 🧠 Reframe “This meeting will be a disaster” as “I’m prepared and ready for whatever comes.”


Reframing is a powerful tool to shift perspective and reduce stress. Try it next time those negative thoughts creep in.
